Denham House Cottages are situated in a quiet hamlet surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside yet within a 7 minute drive of the award winning beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton Sands and Putsborough. The cottages are attached to the main house but both are totally self contained and fully equipped.
Both cottages have been refurbished, redecorated and recently fitted with double glazed doors and windows throughout (July 2012).
Barley Cottage sleeps up to 8 in 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, a twin and a bedroom with bunk beds), three bedrooms are on the ground floor and the large fourth bedroom is on the first floor. It has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. The first floor is accessed by a very narrow staircase, which is not suitable for very young children or anyone with mobility difficulties. The lounge has a beautiful feature fireplace with the original bread oven and now has a wood burning stove.
The Old Granary sleeps 2 to 4 in one large family bedroom. The bathroom is on the ground floor. The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and lounge.
Facilities at Denham House include a large garden with children's play area, a games room, sun terraces and each cottage has its own garage.
Sorry we do not permit dogs except registered guide/ hearing dogs.
