Entrance is through a gate from one of the back lanes that crosses the village and into an area for leaving boards, bikes and possible secure parking for a motorbike or very small car (like a Smart car size). This is a modern quirky holiday home built for the purpose on two levels. As you enter on the ground floor there is a master 4’6 double bedroom with wet room en-suite. This good size room has a window to the rear and has comfortable pine bed and wardrobe and clothes storage.
Up a flight of stairs is the open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. The contemporary room has 2 brown leather 2 seater sofas, dining for 4, wall mounted flat screen digital TV/DVD, iPod dock and door to a private terrace area with table and 4 chairs to catch the sun.
The fully fitted kitchen has full integrated appliances housed in white gloss units. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave etc. with black granite effect worktops making this room look modern and bright. There are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The second bedroom leads off this room with and ample clothes storage and 3’ zip and link beds. (Please advise us whether you need the beds as 2 x singles or a superking on your booking form). It has its own wet room style en-suite and window to the rear.
An optional parking permit for the nearby Woolacombe Village Hall car park is available at an additional cost of £20 per stay or there is usually road parking available in the village. Please advise when booking and make your choice on the booking form.
Outback offers everything except allocated parking but it is possible to buy a permit from us for the Woolacombe Village Hall Car Park approximately 8 minutes walk away. It falls into our “No Frills” section because of this and the fact it has no sea views but it really is a superb place for weekends or an affordable holiday right in the heart of this well known beach and surfing resort.
