Dudley House is a spacious first and second floor maisonette in the heart of Woolacombe.

The Space: 

The front door leads up to the First floor where there is a large, bright lounge with a bay window and side views out towards Woolacombe beach. Next to the lounge is a well equipped kitchen/dining room. The first floor also has a family bathroom with shower and bath and a utility room leading out to a private roof terrace which gets the sun in the afternoons (for use between 8am-10pm).


The second floor has two bedrooms, the first being the twin room with views over the roof terrace to the rear of the property. The second being the master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite toilet and shower room. If your booking for 5 or 6 people there is a double sofa bed in the lounge with all bedding stored underneath in its own convenient storage.


There is Parking for one vehicle outside Dudley House and the parking space benefits from a private (chargeable) EV charge point.

Check In:

Our check-in time on arrival is now after 5pm which gives us a couple of extra hours to spend on making sure Dudley House is sparkling clean for you.  

Booking information:

During the peak summer period our breaks run for 7 days from Friday to Friday. Outside of our peak Season we do take shorter breaks, minimum 1 night stays are available at times.  

*PLEASE NOTE, Dudley House has an ideal village-centre location, close to bars, shops and restaurants, perfect for exploring without getting in your car. However as a consequence of this at times it can be noisy which may not suit some guests. It is situated above the owners business which is a pizza place.
