Blue Horizon, Woolacombe, is a detached, spacious, modern house set on a large plot in a quiet cul de sac. Downstairs is a an open plan lounge and dining area which is light and airy with stunning views of Woolacombe beach and Lundy island. Patio doors open up onto a decked area with steps down to a large sloping garden. The well equipped kitchen, utility, WC and one twin bedroom are also down stairs. Upstairs are three further bedrooms all with striking sea views. The master bedroom will have a newly fitted en-suite bathroom and king sized double bed (no photos yet as is currently being renovated). Of the two other bedrooms – one has a standard double and the other bunk beds. There is a family sized bathroom with toilet, bath with retractable shower and a separate shower cubicle. 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.
Woolacombe village is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. At the bottom of the cul de sac you cross over Beach Road and proceed down the valley on a quiet lane, past Woolacombe riding stables where it turns into a footpath. This is followed through the ‘Meadow’ bringing you out on South Street. The walk back takes a little longer due to the incline
