Recently renovated and lovingly furnished to provide exceptional self-catering accommodation in a quiet location, yet close to the beach and lively village of Woolacombe.

Light, bright and spacious throughout, there is ample space for large groups of families and friends wishing to relax and holiday together by the sea. The ground floor boasts two sitting rooms, a huge well-equipped kitchen/diner, two ground floor shower rooms and a ground cloak room. The five well-presented bedrooms are split over two further floors. On the first floor,  there are two double bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and a bunk room, that enough space for a cot and a family bathroom, with a roll-top bath,  wash basin and WC. There is another double bedroom with a double bed, and a cloakroom, plus a twin room with two 3′ single beds on the 2nd floor.

There are stunning sea views throughout. These can also be enjoyed from the main front terrace too and from the hot tub. There is also a back garden, with mature trees, shrubs and lawned area, with the countryside beyond.
