Well presented and thoughtfully furnished throughout, the Byron apartments offer couples and small families excellent self catering accommodation by the sea. They are only a 4 minute walk from Woolacombe beach. Popular with families and surfers due to its award winning sands and clean surf.
The Byron complex is also a short walk to the centre of this lively village resort. Woolacombe is home to an excellent array of independent shops, including gift and surf shops, as well as a newsagent, and a convenience store with a post office. For food and drink, there are plenty of options from ice cream parlours, cafes, takeaways, as well as pubs and family friendly bars. You’ll also find crazy golf, and amusement for the kids, and horse riding. Of course, the star attraction is the beach, and there are plenty of surf schools.
Within the Byron complex itself, there is a wide selection of on-site communal facilities that are available for the exclusive use of its guests. These include an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness suite, a treatment room and games room. There is also an outdoor leisure deck, surf shed storage, designated car parking space, guest services, and direct access to the privately owned Brundle’s bar and restaurant.

Each of the seven coastal apartments are presented to an exceptional standard, and comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in two bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be made up as a twin or a double depending on guests requirements, serviced by a family bathroom (with a bath and shower overhead).
There are bright and spacious open plan living spaces, with comfy lounge areas featuring large sofas, smart TVs (with streaming apps) and a DVD player. There is a dining area that comfortably seats 4 guests, as well as a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Appliances typically include an oven, induction hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer. They are also equipped with everything you could need for a stress free self catering break.
The apartments also have an outside seating area to offer a relaxing place to enjoy a drink or meal ‘alfresco style’. This will either be a patio area or a balcony depending on the individual apartments position within the complex. Guests are also welcome to use the large communal ‘leisure deck’ as well. Six of these apartments also welcome dogs.
Important things to note:
Short breaks are available out of peak season. Typical changeover days are either Monday’s or Friday’s. There is a £200 refundable security deposit, preauthorised on a credit card, prior to arrival. 2 dogs are welcome but there is an additional charge of £20 per dog per booking. A cot and highchair can be available for families holidaying with small children, but at an additional weekly cost.
