Warcombe Farm Mortehoe North Devon

August already, wow, the holidays are flying by!  Don’t get left behind if you are yet to finalise your Summer camping trip! Stop searching for that perfect campsite in North Devon for your family holiday or break with friends and check out Warcombe Farm Camping Park!  A real hidden gem perched on the edge of the breathtaking North Devon coastline, tucked between Mortehoe Village and Lee Bay, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Warcombe offers a truly unforgettable escape. Where sea views stretch endlessly, the sunsets are breathtaking and the rolling Devon countryside surrounds you.  This touring park has something to appeal to the whole family!  A fully stocked fishing lake for the exclusive use of guests, 14 acres of off lead woodland dog walk for your four legged friends, complete with doggie shower, well equipped, kiddies play area, popular aerial slide, interesting nature trail, freshly baked pastries each morning, cream teas and a great selection of quality nightly food trucks. What’s not to love!

Warcombe is perfectly positioned for walking as it’s right on the iconic South West Coast Path. Experience some of the most scenic walks Britain has to offer directly from their gate. This superb location makes them a haven for exploring the beautiful North Devon coast, quaint harbours, historic villages and the dramatic beauty of nearby Exmoor National Park.  A perfect, peaceful retreat to relax and recharge surrounded by the most spectacular scenery. The Park is just a stone’s throw from the award winning surf beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton and the lesser known, more sheltered coves, of Lee, Barricane and Combesgate. Woolacombe now holds the only World Surf Reserve Status in UK.  Just a 20 minute downhill walk or a 5 minute bus ride from Warcombe’s gate. The Park is also very close to the famous Tarka Trail link for safe, off-road cycling. An ideal choice for walkers, surfers and cyclists alike or for simply chilling in serene surroundings.

The park has been thoughtfully landscaped by an experienced grounds team, no uniform pitches, just wild flowers, perfect sunsets and fabulous sea views! Generously sized plots are standard. Warcombe offers a wide variety of pitches to suit all tastes and types/sizes of camping unit. New for 2026, fully enclosed, fenced and gated pitches, ideal for families with toddlers or dogs.  Already proving incredibly popular! They pride themselves on luxury service blocks, all with underfloor heating for your ultimate camping comfort. These are cleaned to exceptionally high standards, particularly at peak times. They have fully accessible disabled bathrooms, laundry facilities, microwave ovens, dish washing and a wetsuit wash. An on-site shop provides reasonably priced groceries, local ciders, beers and wines, basic camping and pet supplies together with handmade gifts. The bus stops right outside the main entrance for exploring further afield if you prefer to leave the car behind!  Warcombe Lake provides hours of tranquil entertainment. Equipment hire is available from Reception.

The friendly, longstanding team, with a wealth of local knowledge, is always on hand to assist with any queries or issues you may have.  Ask for ideas if you are struggling to plan a holiday itinerary! If you’d rather avoid the Summer, why not treat yourselves to a well-earned short break and take advantage of quieter times?  Lower season prices start once the children go back to school and the crowds have gone home.  Further discounts apply in low and mid-season for over 60s (must be applied at the time of booking) A warm welcome awaits you at Warcombe Farm Camping Park.  Book on line at https://warcombefarm.co.uk or telephone 01271 870690.
