About the Gym

Located at Mullacott Industrial Estate, Ilfracombe, North Devon (EX34 8PL), this friendly and inclusive gym welcomes people of all fitness levels. The space is designed to support anyone looking to improve their health, strength or general wellbeing.

24/7 Access

The gym offers round‑the‑clock access, 365 days a year, using either an access code or fingerprint entry.

Day & Week Pass Holders

After signing up, visitors receive an access code by email. This code is used on the number pads to enter through the front door and turnstile.

Monthly, 6‑Month, Annual & Direct Debit Members

First visits must take place during manned hours so staff can register the member’s fingerprint. Once registered, members use their fingerprint for turnstile entry and their access code for the front door.

Equipment & Training Environment

The gym is equipped with world‑class Watson training equipment, offering everything needed for strength training, conditioning and general fitness. Whether someone is new to exercise or an experienced gym‑goer, the facilities are designed to support a wide range of goals.

Recovery Suite

A recent addition to the gym is its dedicated Recovery Suite, created to support both physical recovery and mental wellbeing.
