Situated just two minutes walk from the beach and village, an inviting two bedroom elevated apartment, located in the heart of Woolacombe with far reaching coastal and countryside views.

The apartment comprises of two good sized bedrooms, one a King and the other a double with ample storage and both with sea view.

A delightful and spacious bright lounge with a window seat overlooking the coastal bay and the countryside. Smart TV and Alexi.

Well equipped kitchen with table for dining and four chairs, oven, extractor fan, microwave, air fryer, fridge and washing machine and granite work surfaces.

Separate shower/wet room with W/C and basin.

Off road parking to the rear of the property.

We aim to accommodate everyone at anytime (one day to 21 days) so please call us to discuss your requirements. We can quote on a daily basis too.

You are invited to bring your own linen and towels but we can also provide at an additional £15 per room.

Strictly no smoking and no pets permitted.

Prices start at £300 for a weekend break to £1000 for a full week, depending on the month you wish to holiday.
