The Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks have updated the research they carried out in 2023, and found that Woolacombe Beach still holds the most 5 star review of beaches in Devon. Woolacombe has by far the most 5-star reviews of all the beaches analysed, with Exmouth, Westward Ho! Beach, and Tunnels Beach emerging as the closest competitors in terms of the top review spots.
