Located in a convenient position next to The Tarka Trail, and only a few minutes drive to Woolacombe beach or the pretty village of Mortehoe, No 25 makes a great base for exploring all of North Devon. 

The Bungalow

The bungalow has a double bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 Singles, plus a Travel Cot if required. It has a modern comfortable lounge with TV, Freeview and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, electric cooker, toaster, microwave, table and chairs and ample cupboard space for your groceries, plus a character bathroom with a modern electric shower over the bath. Bed linen is provided, and beds are made up for your arrival. No. 25 is in a lovely, quiet spot, and has a safe enclosed garden at the front of the property, which is a real suntrap. There is also a garden at the rear of the property that is more free range, making it ideal for the young explorer. Both gardens have table and seating. Private parking for 1 car.
